Piano care
A piano sounds better when it is tuned regularly
Tuning means adjusting the tension of the strings so the notes work together at the right pitch. Here in Florida, twice a year is a good schedule for most home pianos.
If a piano has gone a long time without service, it may need a pitch raise before the fine tuning. It may take more than one tuning to get it stable again.
Piano cleaning
Light cleaning or a more detailed interior cleaning, depending on what the piano needs.
Strings & hammers
Broken strings and worn hammers can be replaced as needed.
Voicing
Voicing adjusts the hammers to make the tone brighter, mellower, or more even from note to note.
Regulation
Regulation adjusts both the action and hammers of your piano, ensuring it feels even and is not too easy or hard to play.
Most home pianos
Plan on two tunings a year. Try not to go longer than one year between visits.

I'm certified through Piano Technician Academy, and I've studied piano for more than ten years. I also play organ and teach piano.
That background helps me listen to the piano as both a technician and a musician. I work on uprights, spinets, and grand pianos. I'll explain what I find before recommending any work.
